Once you’re on the main page, scroll down to the very bottom and look for “CCPA & other state privacy laws” in the footer.

You should be now on the CCPA-related page. 

Stay within the first section, and:

  • If you’re a Cotality (CoreLogic) employee, applicant, or business partner, look for a bullet point with “HR data subject request form” linked in it.

Or—

  • If you’re an outside contractor, client, user, or have visited the website and given your information, look for a bullet point with “B2B subject request form.”

4. Fill in the form with your data and click “submit

To complete the removal request, you need to provide all information asked for in the form. 

  • If you entered the HR request form, select “delete my employee/applicant data” in the “select request type” drop-down menu, then fill in the rest of the form.
  • If you selected the B2B request form, select “erasure/deletion of your personal information related to our business relationship” in the “select request type” drop-down menu, then fill in the rest of the form.

This information will be used to locate your data and—if all requirements are met—delete it.

Once you complete the form, click “submit” in the bottom-left corner.
