- If you entered the HR request form, select “delete my employee/applicant data” in the “select request type” drop-down menu, then fill in the rest of the form.
- If you selected the B2B request form, select “erasure/deletion of your personal information related to our business relationship” in the “select request type” drop-down menu, then fill in the rest of the form.
This information will be used to locate your data and—if all requirements are met—delete it.
Once you complete the form, click “submit” in the bottom-left corner.
