How to Opt Out of Whitepages.com

Long gone are the simpler times when people had to scour the pages of a phonebook just to find someone’s phone number. These days you can find way more than contact details on people search sites like Whitepages. If that sounds concerning, as it should, you’ll want to opt out of Whitepages and any other websites that sell your data online.

Unfortunately, Whitepages has a lengthy and demanding opt-out process. It doesn’t stop at filling out the usual opt-out form. You also need to give a reason for wanting them to delete your data and prove your identity with a phone call.

Worse still is that Whitepages is only one of hundreds of data brokers operating worldwide. In the meantime, you can get started on your data removal journey by following our quick, step-by-step Whitepages opt out guide below!
