This is because data brokers tend to re-add profiles some time after they’re removed. The only way to deal with this is to periodically resend removal requests, even after you’ve successfully opted out. Incogni’s automated personal information removal service does all of this for you. Let us track down the companies that post or sell your private info online, complete each of their opt-out procedures, and generally deal with them on your behalf, including rejection appeals.

FAQ
What is ZoomInfo?
ZoomInfo is a data broker that collects and posts personal and business information online. If you’re unlucky enough to have your personal information in ZoomInfo’s database, then anyone who’s willing to pay for a subscription will have full and anonymous access to it.
Having sensitive information up for basically everyone to see puts you at increased risk of harassment by telemarketers, spammers, and robocallers. It can also put you in the sights of scammers and identity thieves, not to mention providing a convenient resource for stalkers.
When will ZoomInfo delete my information?
Your profile should be gone from ZoomInfo as soon as you submit the opt-out form. The whole process should take you 5-10 minutes to complete.
How does ZoomInfo get so much sensitive data?
ZoomInfo, like many other major data brokers, can get your sensitive information from public records, marketing companies, and other brokers. It’s possible that some data brokers also capitalize on data breaches.
Can ZoomInfo add my information again, even after they approve my opt-out request?
Yes, ZoomInfo might add your information to their search results again at some point down the line. This happens when these companies continue to scrape together and update records after you’ve successfully opted out. If new information isn’t correctly identified as belonging to you, a new profile can be created in your name.
Incogni sends out wave after wave of removal requests, restarting the whole process every few months to make sure your data stays private.
Does ZoomInfo have the right to use my data?
Yes, data brokers like ZoomInfo have the legal right to use and profit from your data. Depending on your location, though, there may be state laws protecting your data privacy rights. For example, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
• Know when your data is collected and how it is used
• Stop companies from selling your data
• Make companies remove your data from their databases
