Go to ArrestFacts.com and enter your first name, last name, and city and state. Then click “search.”

Click on “VIEW MORE” to open your record
Find the record belonging to you and click “view more.”

Find and click the “information control” link
Below your mugshot click the “information control” button to access the opt-out page.

Fill in your info, solve the CAPTCHA, and click send to submit the removal request
Enter your full name and email address, complete the CAPTCHA challenge, and click “send.”
5. Continue your data removal journey
Your record should be removed from ArrestFacts within 48 hours. However, if this website has your details, there will likely be at least dozens of other data brokers that sell or publish the same information.
To find these websites, look up your name online and see what comes up. Also search for data brokers operating in your area, and data brokers that deal with criminal and police records.
After you remove your personal information, it’s also important that you check back after some time. Most data brokers will respawn your record over time, meaning you will have to complete the removal process periodically.
