PublicDataUSA Opt Out & Data Removal Guide

PublicDataUSA is a people search site that collects and shares personal information, allowing strangers to learn various details about your life without even meeting you. However, according to the data broker, their mission is to simply make “public data accessible.”

Similarly to other data brokers, PublicDataUSA publishes information such as contact information, property records, vehicle records, White House records, business registration, campaign contributions, and more.

For many people, the thought that anybody can easily look up their personal details is disturbing, and rightly so.

Fortunately, the opt-out process for PublicDataUSA is relatively quick and easy. Send a data removal request through the PublicDataUSA opt-out page and see your details disappear. Follow our step-by-step guide to get your details removed in a matter of days.

  2. Check the “opt-out” box next to the record(s) you want to remove

You might see multiple records that match your search terms. Check the “opt-out” box next to the one you want to remove and scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
