In short:

  • Look up your address on Homemetry.com
  • Access the opt-out page by clicking “information control”
  • Select the data you want to remove and click “Apply”
  • Enter your info, solve the CAPTCHA, and click “Apply” to submit the data removal request
  • Check your inbox and confirm the opt-out request

Step-by-step Homemetry opt-out guide

Total Time: 5 minutes

  1. Look up your address on Homemetry.com

    Opt out of Homemetry step 1

    Go to Homemetry.com, enter your address in the search bar, and click “search.”

  2. Access the opt-out page by clicking “information control

    Your property record should open straight away. Find the “information control” link and click it. It may be halfway down the page, on the right-hand side. 

  3. Select the data you want to remove and click “Apply”

    Click “remove” to select which records you want to remove and click “apply.”

    NOTE: Homemetry will only allow you to remove 6 records at a time. If you wish to remove more, you’ll have to submit multiple data removal requests.

  4. Enter your info, solve the CAPTCHA, and click “Apply” to submit the data removal request

    Enter your name and email address, complete the CAPTCHA challenge, and click “apply” again. 

  5. Check your inbox and confirm the opt-out request

    Open the confirmation email in your inbox and follow the link to confirm the data removal request. 

6) Continue your data removal journey

With that, your data should be removed from Homemetry.com within 48 hours. However, if your goal is to take your information offline, and not just from this website, there is still more work to do.
