Go to the CallTruth opt-out page, complete the CAPTCHA challenge if prompted, and choose the remove “person” option.

Enter your first name, last name, and city. Then select your state and hit the “submit” button.

Find your record and click “REMOVE REPORT”

Enter your email address, check the CAPTCHA box, and click “send request.”
